USELESS

My account has been suspended because they failed to take the debit order I have given to them. No prior indication, my account was locked. on the 12th of September 2025, I paid it manually, due to their failure to actually take the debit order, it is almost the end on 16 September 2025 and my account has not been restored. Each and everytime I Phone they tell me it is going to be 5 to 24 hours. We are currently sitting at 86 hours and nothing has been done. it is imposible to speak to a manager or anyone who are able to resolve the issue and they keep on billing you notwithstanding the fact that you do not have service.
