USELESS BANDILE: TELKOM AGENT AT JABULAJIALL

That branch lack discipline including management. They are too comfortable. They opened the branch 5 minutes late on the 10th of July. I was the only and first customer...but I left the branch 1 hour later because the staff was unprepared, still satinitizing their desk. As for BANDILE,HE IS ***********,UNPROFESSIONAL AND USELESS...Uvuma kphela but delivers nothing. I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF I RECIEVE A RIDICULOUS BILL FROM TELKOM.
