Useless!!!!

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Telkom. I recently attempted to do a SIM swap on my prepaid number, which isn't tied to any contract, yet Telkom refused my request. They claimed I have an outstanding debt—something I was never contacted about, and they provided no documentation or clarity regarding the supposed balance. This lack of transparency and refusal to assist is frustrating, especially since this is a prepaid line.

As a customer, I feel ignored and undervalued. If there is indeed an issue, it’s Telkom's responsibility to communicate with me, not to block essential services without warning. I expected better from such a large telecom provider, and this experience has really made me question their reliability and customer service standards.
