Useless assistance

Telkom is the worst. I have a sales agent calling me to say my contact expired, I'm on a month to month basis and they would like to offer me something new, I opt to cancel my contract, just to be told they cannot give me the contact number for cancellations because they are here to make business. I find the number, call them to cancel, just to be told my contract is not expired. And I've been told I have a contact for a device, that I dont have and never signed up for! Th consultants does not listen to you and just talks over you. The line cuts, they dont call back, but they all continuously for you to upgrade. I will NEVER use them again.
