Useless as ever!!!

@TelkomZA i dont know what is wrong with you people and how you still have exisitng customers. I hsve requested a number to be ported to prepaid. I was told to email documents to *** and wait 21 days. Its now been over 21 days

and i called number to number to number with no one to assist me and tell me if it has been ported and now they tell me to go in store. After one month??? You must be effen kidding me.
