Useless and unresponsive service but call centre very apologetic

We’ve been having issues with our line for a while now and our internal network support was trying to figure out the issue, they figured that the issues was with the Telkom line

“When checking connectivity we can see that lot of packets are being lost”

“84 packets transmitted, 75 packets received, 10.7% packet loss”

Issue: proxy receives many RST packets from ISP, which causes running out of TCP available ports and slowness of connections through proxy.

It seems the ISP applies some shaping/policies to TCP that causes the issue.

I then logged a fault with AIX Fault/Query *** on the 9th, they said the following and closed the call

“Please report your line to the Data Test Centra as it is flapping”

I assumed that as this was a Telkom service they should have forwarded the call directly

I then logged a call on Tuesday Reference 40BRV130916 and since Tuesday I keep call for feedback on 10217 but still not joy. All they do is apologise for the inconvenience.

I phone 10217 every day all I get is that they apologise for the inconvenience, the technician has been dispatched (since Tuesday) and they want my cell number for the 5th time so far

This is still unresolved the business cannot operate at this rate

I called an Internal Sales Agent SMBS (Small and Medium Business Services) yesterday, I’m still waiting for her to return my call

And I escalated to a business consultant who says my call has been escalated but nothing has been done since.

Why do you sell a service when can’t deliver????

It seems like the staff goes through some kind of induction to give every excuse in the world why the can provide a service.
