Useless and ********* service from 8ta

In March 2016 our 8ta telkom mobile phone got ******. After hours on the phone and trying to block the nr we had to send through cancellation forms, which was done. Then debit order after debit order went through of which the thieve made all the calls. All our calls to 8ta os suppose to be recorded. We send back the debit orders as the contract was suppose to be blocked and cancelled Now that we try to buy a car they have put us on itc for not paying. I am unable to get through on the phone to anyone We will not take responsobility for any moneys owed since march 2016 when it was stollen. 8ta and telkom mobile is the most useless company ever to do business in South Africa
