Useless and so service

Its been months and I still to date have not received any service!!!! my line is so slow and have latency! its really embarrassing. How can you as telkom not assist a client just ignore it and still accept payment!! if you guys dont help our issues its fine but if we dont pay then its trouble!! typical!<br> <br> I want my line fixed!! do it please its been long enough!! its not ****ing hard!!!!! <br> <br> Its not fair for me paying and i dont have a line thats working!! listen to me very carefully I AM NOT PAYING FOR THIS MONTH UNTIL MY LINE IS FIXED!!!!!
