Useless And **** Service

Telkom has the worst service ever, I lost my phone(Contract) exactly a year ago, I called in to inform them and they gladly assisted to blacklist device and so fourth, I thought the process of claiming my phone was going to be faster and easy, I was told to then send an email to Finright their insurer and I did exactly that with all the details needed from me, I've been paying well and never skipped payment, Months Went by since I was told I will receive a call from the insurer to process the access fee so I can get my replacement phone, Till today I haven't received a call...I went to Jabulani Mall never got assistance, Went to Sandton still never got assistance, And also went to Southgate and was assisted by Lebo and was promising that they will assist but still didn't get any assistance, Worst part Lebo is the store manager at Southgate, He is now ignoring my emails.His email is ***...I no longer recommend Telkom to anyone especially if you want to buy with contract.. All I want is my phone that I'm paying for
