Useless and Ridiculous

<p>Really Telkom.. as if waiting 3months for someone just to phone me to install a line and then waiting another 2 months for someone to pitch and do exactly nothing just leaving the lines there. Costing me extra to hire an electrician to install the lines as telkom is ***********. Still waiting for internet like another month thus accumulated to 6 months just to get ADSL? Now that I went to Telkom in Langeberg Mall Mossel Bay on the 2nd of May 2016 to cancel the account I had to pay R960 rand for nothing as I received nothing and couldn't do anything to get my account cancelled which is still active even after filling in all the forms? Now I owe another R600? For what? How is this legal? #telkomsucks #telkom #hellopeter #frustrated</p>
