Useless and pathetic service

Useless customer service agents and sales, they were so happy to sell me a router now it's delivered and not working, I was on a call for more than 4hrs and I am told that they don't know why the router is not connecting I must take it back where I bought it when I tell them is online I am tok they do not know imagine
