Useless and pathetic in every way

My mother has been trying numerous times now to cancel her contract with telkom after being a loyal customer for 3 years.

The service is pathetic seriously they just refuse to help her.

And now there is another person linked to her account which she has to pay for and because another person is linked to her account she cannot cancel the account.

Pathetic really useless and to think this week I wanted to get a contract with telkom luckily they were also useless to phone me back but if it happens that they phone me back I will not he intrested to do business with such a lazy company
