Useless and pathetic!

absolutely horrific! I have called Telkom 15 times in the space of a month with no resolution whatsoever, whenever I call the phone either gets dropped in my ear, i get transferred from one department to another, every consultant advises something different and no one can give me a ref number! how pathetic, I called in to relocate my line, instead they activated a new line which i am now being billed for, so i am being billed for both fibre and adsl. When i asked them to cancel they advised they couldn't. I called in again with no assistance, an agent advised it might be cancelled in a day or two but i still might pay cancellation fees etc which is absolutely nonsense as they , made the mess up. there is never a manager around ironically and I'm getting no help whatsoever!
