Useless and LAZY

My mom is 87 years old and needs her line repaired. 10 days ago were called this pathetic company called TELKOM and they promised they would be out the following day. Still sitting on the pavement waiting for them. Have called them every day and they have promised to escalate the problem, I don't think they even know how to spell escalate the *****s and so my poor mom has to wait. Really TELKOM is this how you want people to know you as????? Useless and pathetic.
