First of all. To try get hold of telkom is a mission at first. They never responded to all emails. when you phone them you wait for 20 minutes then get put on hold for another 20 minutes. And nothing gets sorted.

Every month I get debt from naedo telkom every month they take off more money. Last month they took off 1500 this month 2500. Then I get my invoice emailed to me to find that I'm in the arrears. The money taken from telkom does not get deduced. They are Stelling from me. I will never use them again and will make sure my family and friends cancel every contract with them and go to every social media page and make sure no one else has this issue.

I am extremely unhappy. And posed off. They are useless and *****s.

Never use telkom... save your time and money.
