Useless agents who have no idea what they are doing.

I got a call from Telkom sales agent and he sold fibre to me, the fibre was installed and the rooter was delivered. I called to get it activated and I was put from one person to the other, I spoke to 9 people for over an hour and I wasn’t able to get any assistance. Nomfundo from sales department was the most useless, she wouldn’t listen and she spoke over me. She said she will not assist me. The next one after Nomfundo hung up on me. Clearly all the agents don’t know what they are doing. If I’m struggling this much to get it installed, imagine the trouble I’m going to have once I run into problems with maybe the network or something. I would like to cancel my subscription and can y’all please arrange someone to come pick up your useless rooter.
