Useless agents

whoever the consultants are that call from the number ********** 888, they are useless. Last week I received a call from that number. And I app**** for the big deal of R269, was approved and was told an agent will call me to make arrangements of dropping the device off. I never received that call. Yesterday I app**** online for that special again. An agent called me from ********** 888 at 16.21. 11 Oct. Duration of call 00:01:15. He promised to call me back. I am still waiting. You can't even call that number back!! This is frustrating
