Useless AF

Over a month to upgrade my 071 number. Upgrade approved on 12/07 - yet I only received my phone mid August after about 20 calls to telkom (no joke...it may be more)...THEN they phone me twice this week alone to upgrade this same phone... Are you kidding me??? What a joke. #win
