Useless account staff and ***** support

Have had a ***** case going since November last year for around R6000. I have been told time and again the refund will be done and I must wait 2 weeks. I call back after 2 weeks and they say the case is closed and they must reopen it or that the refund was not requested by the person I spoke to previously. I have requested a supervisor or mangager to call me back on multiple occasions and it never happens. Sometimes when I call they are going to speak to a manager. After what seems like forever on hold the call ends by itself.
