Useless Account Manager

Their Account manager Jacqueline Ramsaran is absolutely useless. She never replies to emails and if and when she does it is with no resolution. I have now sent her 3 emails with no reply and my boss has also tried contacting her with a ridiculous excuse that they are no longer allowed to phone out. Can we have someone willing to do some work allocated to our Business account.
