I have been having heavy issues. Created an online application. Agents can't reach me so instead of just calling again they fail my security questions (Which resulted in the case being closed - easier to do this than call back the client, longer lunch breaks I guess)

Finally someone reaches me after I tweeted how angry I am, she helps me all the way, security questions and all. No sir, you are approved and we can help you with the contract, only thing is that I have to go in to the store.

I take a day leave at work, go to the store just to find out that everything under my name is deleted and that I have to now start over, also I have to supply documents that was not needed on the previous applications. I was told to go in to the store. I was not informed that I have to have **** loads of documents ready, i mean really?

The agent in the shop was nice, Mvula or something (Sorry if I got her name wrong) at the East Gate centre.

Seriously, this place is starting to get me into the mind set where i would stand and looked if their compony burned to the ground, no I will not throw water on the fire, i would instead roast marshmallows .

Telkom needs to pull their socks up. This company is at a pathetic all time low. I cannot believe they are actually still in business.
