USELESS - ABSOLUTELY USELESS

<p>So I call to confirm that Telkom will be at my premises tomorrow after they missed the previous appointment and delayed the next one with A WEEK!! Missed Appointment ***</p> <p>Then I get told that someone will be in contact with me - AI ********** and NO ONE has made contact!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I phone asking for confirmation what time they will be at my premises because I cannot take ANOTHER full day leave and I am told - Well thats not going to happen!<br /><br />So Telkom didnt follow on their commitment... Then they give me a reference promising priority... Then that "priority" is scheduled for a week later even though THEY missed the appointment... Then when I phone to confirm a time I get told that it will not happen and I need to make sure I am available the entire day!!<br /><br />Do they not understand that people need to work to earn an income and CANNOT take off entire days in the hopes that Telkom might or might not decide to pitch up and do their work???</p> <p>Must be heaven working for an organisation with so little accountability and so much passing the buc****</p> <p> </p>
