Useless

Useless... Thats how I can describe Telkom's client service. We sit for 2 weeks without any internet access.. They did send ou 2x technician but did they figure out what was wrong? My guess is No. We call customer service every day for 2 weeks...and how disappointing. They cancel the call, I WAIT FOR AN HOUR, AN HOUR! and nothing...Telkom get your **** together because we are gatvol and you are going to lose clients.
