Useless

<p>As a result of the earlier demise of Post Ofice (Telkom's former partner), I rarely receive a Telkom bill in the mail. A few years ago I already registered with Telkom in order to read my bill online in oreder to settle my bill by not later than the 28th of the month, which I have ALWAYS done.</p> <p> </p> <p>It worked until about a year ago. Since then it has gotten progressivley worse to where I am now unable to obtain the outstanding balance online.</p> <p> </p> <p>Visited their office in Waterfall Mall Nelspruit on 3 different occasions. A 147 Km drive at my expense. The staff there seems unable to understand my problem. I've kept on trying online, and at times on a purely random basis, had either limited success or major frustration.</p> <p> </p> <p>For the past few months i've paid them on an estimate, purely because I need the ADSL facility, amongst others, for all my internet banking.</p> <p> </p> <p>This morning, attempted to link my accounts as their site suggested. After 3 failed attempts with verified info, this is the latest....</p> <p> 'Invalid ID/Passport and BAN/Service number combination'</p> <p> </p> <p>FFS, this was a functioning facility 7 years ago. Your error means nothing to me as a consumer. And considering previous experience, I am sure it will mean even less to your local office staff.</p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT SHOUL I DO IN FUTURE???</p> <p> </p>
