Useless!!!
<p>Up until today, more than a month- no one from Telkom has yet to contact us about our experience. Needless to say our Internet is still not working and lines are still dead. Telkom is the most useless service provider we have came accross! We will make this public, you can count on that. Useless.</p>

27 Jun 2016, 08:17Today the 27th of June (more than a month without internet and telephone lines) - Telkom has yet to deliver on their promise! I received 2 sms's dated: 15th and 23rd of June stating the following: 'Telkom has concluded its investigations. The cable in your area will be replaced and the restoration of your service is targeted for 2016/06/24'. Then why am I logging another comment towards Telkom? YES - our services is still OFF!!!!! Promises on promises each time. And up until now, I have not received one phone call from these idiots. IF I don't receive a call from a manager from Telkom by C.O.B today (The 27th of June) I will be seeing my lawyers tomorrow, as I have made an appointment this morning. I am sick and tired of this useless service. It is time to deliver or this name will be dragged through the mud.
