Useless

My account was blocked yet I paid last month this month they debited double but still I am not able to use my phone the debited on the 25th but I’m still blocked I called their call centre the whole week they put me on hold for over 30 minutes I am not gonna renew my account Telkom is useless 😡😡😡😡
