USELESS
I just want a line installed at my house did the call and got the date for telkom to install the line confirmend on a sms even the date made arangements for someone to be at the house today but got a sms yesterday from telkom saying the instalation wil be done on the 10th of May this is unacceptable as they confirmed for today try to phone them yesterday and got put tru to several agents none of then can assist after a hour on the line I got fed up tried to phone again this morning same story please help I need this to be attended to asap
