Useless
Hi, I have requested Telkom to contact me THREE times to get someone out here to either quote for ADSL or confirm whether there is fibre laid in my area. First time, I get told no-one could get hold of me (*******), second time I was just ignored, and now Friday, I got a call and was put on hold for OVER 10 minutes as the lady was checking about my area. I had to eventually put the phone down. So I still have no luck with Telkom now for almost a whole year!!! Shocking
