I'm due for a upgrade. Telkom mobile Festival Mall refers us to greenstone because they do not have stock of the S6. Consultant phones Greenstone infront of me and verify that they have stock. After standing in the cue for 30min they say they have no stock and say its impossible to receive calls because they are busy,I told them that we aren't getting good service, he cursed at us in his own language. Then they send us to the second store in Greenstone and them as well have not receive any calls because their phone is broken. When you phone any telkom number the phone rings and no one answer 24/7. How is this possible that no one an help me with my upgrade, should I be happy with this kind of service. The best thing that I can think of is to change my service provider. They didn't want to give us any names so we can't report the person.
