Useless!!!!

Useless company and service. I damaged my phone and needed 1 urgently, I app**** for a cellphone contract with Telkom, submitted everything needed, i tried making contact with them to follow up daily, they promised to call me... 1 week later I get a notification, I'm declined because they can't get hold of me... Like really? after calling them every single day to follow up??? I desperately need a phone and they are just useless!
