I wish there was a way to give minus stars. This company is a disgrace. They rip people off. Told me I was allowed to upgrade on the 19th of April. Which I did to a cheaper contract. Now they want to charge me double my previous contract and their call centre agents say it’s because there’s 2 active contract!? That doesn’t even make sense. Why would I be allowed to upgrade then. I am so disgusted by these people. I’ve been a client for years. This is a disgrace. DO NOT GET ANYTHING WITH TELKOM
