Useless

This company does not know how to do basic things like capturing correct debit dates, sending debicheck mandates or customer service. I have phoned them 4 times without getting my issue resolved. I went into the branch and guess what? They ask someone to phone me back. Still no solution. If I am getting paid on the last day of the month the why would I ask you to debit me on the 20th? Every month I am now paying a penalty for late payment because of this useless company. Then they suspend my contract when payment is late. I am furious to say the least.
