Useless. have always paid my fixed landline from online banking. Now with all my correct details entered on the website, they cannot find record. I know they do not care, obviously, as they do not reply. HOW THE HECK DO I PAY THEM??? DRIVE 73 KM AND GO AND STAND IN A QUE. 1840 AD METALITY.
