Useless

I just came from Telkom in Green Acers Port Elizabeth to ask for a contact number fo Canal Walk store as the one online is not going through, i need my contract the asistant capt on going at the back asking questions to the store manager so i asked the assistant if i can speak to the manager she told she sit busy. They will ask the store to in Canal Walk to send them the contract then they will send it to me, i then asked them to give me the contact number in Canal Walk so i can ask them to send it to me direct instead of send it to them and them sending it to me. They said no they want to do it like this i asked to speak to the manager again but the assistant came back and told me she is busy. Telkom is really not helping me at all my number has some numbers that it can call some numbers it does not even bother even though i have over 500min
