USELESS!

BUNCH OF USELESS LOSERS! I paid my monthly installment on the 2nd of Nov manually at one of the retailers. Normally its paid via debit order on the 4th but due to some unforseen circumstances, I knew debit order was not gonna be possible. Two weeks later I started receiving sms's stating that I'm owing. I called the useless "service provider" and they said they will sort it out and allocate the funds within 72hours because they can see the money I paid but its not allocated yet. Today, 25th, my services were cut off and all they could say was the confusion happened because of the failed debit order and they will try and fix it that will take 24 to 48 hours. That means I can't make calls, send messages for 48 hours for something that could have resolved waaay earlier. So the money I paid, which they confirm its reflecting, still has not been allocated accordingly, three weeks later!

I am so nice and fed up! My number is due for an upgrade and I was considering taking up a new phone. However, with the service I've received, not a chance. In fact, I'm terminating my contract. They don't deserve any clients!
