Useless

NO Help at all from Telkom , Being Calling and Visited the Store Still No luck with my issue I Have Requested for A fixed LandLIne to be Installed three Months back . The tech was onsite to install ( She has advised me that She can not install the Line due to Copper Wire theft and will Come back in 5 working Days which Never happened ) I then Called Telkom they sent the second Tech on site and advise me that Nothing has been Installed and will Update Telkom … I have Been Bill for the Two Months For Service That wasn’t installed ( Never Used ) The call Center and Store was No help at all …. Please Can I have my refund and Remove me from This Disappointment Brand Call Telkom
