Useless

Useless. I had a month to month contract-after my 24 month contract expired) with telkom as that was the only service provide in our area at the time.(that we thought we could trust) There were a lot of issues but never a late payment from My side and kept in just eating their BS stories. When I cancelled because we got Fibre in our area, I had sent numerous mails requesting g a cencellation. I left the company that I was working for at the time. And forgot to take all my emails with as proof. I saw about 2 months ago, I owe them for about 4 months and I now blacklisted on ITC. No one gets back to me to sort it out. Beyond useless!
