Useless
They are useless. After asking multiple times for them to cancel my telkom account they did not and kept taking money off my account eventually they cancel my account and my number as per my request then state they will still take money off my account for that month I then say fine so that I can finally be rid of them and then they proceed to deduct money off my account this month as well when my account was closed and last money should of been taken off last month.
Telkom is useless I have been fighting this battling for months now.

I would never use Telekom again you guys are useless and pathetic and just do as you please.
