Useless

Our building was hit by lighting on the 7th December 2018 and I reported to Telkom on the 11th that out lines has been hit and that the connection box in my office had exploded, I have since called 3 times to be told that it's an area problem and that they are waiting for cables however there are other establishments that have connectivity in the area... We are trying to run a business with overseas clients that bring money into our country and its giving South Africa a bad name with not being able to have access to the internet, it been a month tomorrow with no feedbac****
