Useless

Hi have signed up with Telkom and have been having problems ever since I signed up. I pay every month and I can even use the internet properly. My internet is down and what am I paying for. I must contact telkom every day to hear what's happening and get tole they will contact me it's the 15th already still no internet and phone line is dead. No one has made contact with us. Why do we pay? Everytime we wanna tell them out internet isn't up to 10 speed we cant even watch dstv without it hanging then we must pay for a call out fee but it's never been right!
