useless

I went to the Telkom store in Tokai as i needed to port to Telkom from my old Cell c number. First-when i received my Telkom contract no one mentioned i needed my old cellc sim in a phone to get a sms,anyway-at the store-the lady helped me-told me i need to get an sms thats how they do the porting-i couldn't receive any sms on my cellc sim-she advised me to go to cellc-i went there and cellc showed me the porting is in process,so here back at Telkom-not only does she have an attitude,she told me she will send a request to overwrite something so the porting can take place,today is the 5th day,nothing has happened-i called the customer service and they say the porting wasn't done-i should go back to Tokai-how frustrating when you deal with people who take you for a ride-such bad service...CANT EVEN DO PORTING
