Telkom is useless shame both their call center and shops I mean what's this new law that when doing a sim swop you need to bring in your proof of residence? I mean my simcard is already registered ,when you call in they tell you to go to the shop and when you get to the shop you are asked why don't you call the center that's totally not on,went to the Main Street branch didn't get help now I am at Maponya still didn't get help ...mind you am using my money to get to these places. ****ed
