Useless!!!
Telkom is the most useless service provider ever. I have been trying to move on of my 3 Telkom lines over to another business for 6 months now. Everytime they tell me that it has been done. All the paperwork was filled in and submitted directly to the branch. Still nothing has happened. Now they have changed my email billing address, subsequently i have not received a statement for 2 months. Suddenly i get a sms to inform me that my service has been suspended. How do we still allow a company like this to provide such bad service and get away with it. TELKOM, YOU ARE USELESS AND A DISGRACE TO THE SOUTH AFRICAN PUBLIC SECTOR!!
