Logged a fualt on the 25th September 2017 with refrence number 276CRK250917 in order for a technician to come and fix the line as the hook came loose on the telephone pole and my whole line dropped to the floor, sins no feedback was provided to date. I phoned Telkom today and spoke to a unprofessional Lady which only made some notes on the system, and I asked her to get someone to provide me with feedback and no one did, I told her that im going to cancel, but seems like they just dont give a ****. She said I must just wait for a technician. How difficult is it to come through and connect 2 wires back onto the box on the pole. Quick to take your money but after that no service, I will not pay the full amount this month, and you can cancel my contrac,
