USELESS

Good day, In March I left a rewiew about Telkom, charging me for a ADSL modum, which they added to my account without me having the device. After numerous calls and trips to Telkom, nothing was resolved. After leaving the review about Telkom a gentleman named Sibulele Mgcokoca contacted me on the 21/03/2025. Everything was going to be resolved. The joke was on me! I am receiving calls on a daily basis regarding the issue and has now been handed over to attorneys, Hammond Pole Attorneys. I will not be paying ANY amount!!! (Not for settling or for any other reason!) I did not oder this item in November 2024 and send it back to Telkom when the couriers tried to de***** it. Waybills, calls, people I spoke to has all been documentised and sent to Telkom. It is absolutely frustrating trying to resolve an issue of Telkom, which was created by Telkom themselves!!! I WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING and if the harass me once more, I am taking them to the Consumer Goods and Service Ombudsman!
