Useless

I have been experiencing slow connectivity issues for the last 2 months i have been given stories that don't make any sense to me at all, i have been in contact with the two managers that look after the area their Names are Jacob and Gloria but getting a hold of them is an issue doesn't matter what time of the day you call them there is no answer, Jacob promised to call me on the 31st of August still nothing as of today. As the guy said on 702 the other day Telkom full of promises but always under deliver.<br> <br> REF:ZUW-***3
