Useless
I called the call center requesting for assistance and the agent who answer my call was clueless and she said that she will transfer my call to her teamleader she then placed me on hold for 7 minutes then she dropped my call I called I again and spoke to Nompumelelo and she told me that she can't pick up who I spoke to because the agent hasn't added notes I mean really. I never get any assistance from the call center.
