Useless

So I have moved premises and was trying to get my Telkom landlines and ADSL moved to my new premises. Firstly I had to move my ADSL from my ISP back to Telkom which took a month but eventually it was completed on 26/06/2015. From then onwards I have been trying to communicate with Telkom to try and get it moved. 2 days ago it was exactly 2 months and the only thing that happened is that there is no order on my line and my account has been cancelled.<br> <br> I hate the fact that Telkom has a monopoly in South Africa and that they just don't care about their customers cause I mean where else can we go if we want ADSL services. 3G or HSDPA is an option but the exorbitant fees does not make this viable.
