Useless

I have been struggling with my internet for the past 3 Months. I contacted telkom who said the problem was fixed. I then assume I was being throttled and left it. Its now been 3 months on and still the same **** service. I am expected to pay for full service and received nothing. I only got the internet installed to play online games which I have been doing now for years. This is the reason I am frustrated as I cannot use my internet for the reason i PURCHASED IT. I've raised faults with telkom to receive an sms from them all three times stating the fault has been resolved with absolutely no call or correspondence from them other than this pathetic autmoated re''resolved' message. I feel I'm being taken for a ride by telkom who is taking no responsibilty. I have withheld payment as I sick of contacting them. They can now contact me. Im not sure what hello peter does but I need some sort of help or advise or exposure. Sick to Death!!!
