Useless

3 Weeks ago I booked telkom to do a line extencion. They didnt show up. So I called and booked again. No show. No calls received after i supp**** my mobile number... so then another lady who has been on maternity in our office said she received an sms from telkom for the days i booked them to say they will be sending someone out. When i saw the sms i noticed the wrong address... i called on 24 july and after 39 minutes someone was finally able to change the address... and they logged another callout for 29th. I told them to please remove the old contact and add my details.... today the other lady got an sms again saying telkom will be sending someone out on 29th... TO OLD ADDRESS!!!!! 1 I asked them to change address - NOT DONE! 2 i asked them to change contact person- NOT DONE! 3 I told them when i booked a technician that i didnt want an autimated sms i want confirmation over the phone that they will be coming out on 29th- NOT DONE!!!!<br> <br> I contact the call centre and hold for 20 mins and get cut off...three times after each other.<br> WHERE IS TELKOMS SERVICES?????
